Introducing our esteemed program, Future Teachers, designed to provide graduates with a pathway into the teaching profession. This initiative offers two years of full-time, compensated experience, culminating in the attainment of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), thereby equipping participants as fully qualified teachers. Additionally, for those eligible, we offer a salaried route option.

What are the requisitions? 

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in fields such as Mathematics, English, Science, Humanities, Computer Science, Languages, or Physical Education. However, we consider all disciplines, offering Subject Knowledge Enhancement Courses as necessary.
  • Demonstrated diligence and a readiness to continually learn throughout the program's duration.
  • A sincere passion for nurturing and empowering young individuals, aiding them in realizing their educational potentials.
  • Availability for full-time commitment commencing in September 2024.

Throughout the role, you will assume diverse roles, including classroom support, leading planned lessons as a cover supervisor, and engaging in one-to-one mentoring with students.
