We are currently looking to appoint a skilled, full-time or job-sharing SEN Teacher to take on a leadership role within our partnership Schools team. We are seeking someone with a strong drive, enthusiasm, and resilience to contribute to our successful and supportive environment.

The chosen candidate will be required to produce planning and deliver this to enhance the learning experiences of our students, supporting their individualised timetables. While the primary focus will be within the new SEN setting, the role will also involve facilitating student participation in mainstream classroom activities as appropriate.

This position presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator to further develop both their teaching abilities and leadership potential, leading a small but experienced team of support assistants.

We are seeking an individual with a positive mindset, a proactive approach, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and management.

Applications are encouraged from candidates with prior experience teaching in an SEN environment, particularly working with students with complex needs. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate their ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-agency team to enhance outcomes for our students.
