School Administrator

Smile Education are thrilled to be working alongside a thriving primary based in north Birmingham. We are currently seeking a school Administrator to join the friendly office team from May 2024.
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team from May half-term through to the end of the academic year. The successful applicant will be supporting in the school office, using SIMs and supporting with general admin tasks such as signing visitors in and out of school in compliance with safeguarding practices.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly office team and work as part of busy primary school setting. The school is located in north Birmingham, within proximity to Alum Rock, Ward End, and Washwood Heath. The expected salary range for this role is between £13.50- £15.50 per hour, depending on experience.
What to expect from applicants?
We would like applicants to be experienced Administrators who are familiar with using SIMs or CMIS. A good understanding of safeguarding is beneficial, however not essential as training will be provided.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the below:

• Experience with SIMs or CMIS systems
• Available to work on a full-time basis starting from May half-term 2024
• Confident working in a school office setting and liaising between many different departments.
