Are you passionate about supporting students in their educational journey? We are currently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team at Teaching Personnel and make a difference in the lives of students.

Teaching Assistant
Yeovil, Somerset
Full-time and part-time roles available, Term Time

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and delivering engaging learning activities.
  2. Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
  3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  4. Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
  5. Support students with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) as required.

Requirements:

  • Passion for education and supporting student development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
