Position Overview: As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in delivering targeted support to secondary-aged students, promoting their emotional resilience, and fostering positive mental health and well-being. Working collaboratively with our dedicated team of educators and specialists, you will provide individualized interventions, facilitate group activities, and offer pastoral care to ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed.
