Teaching personnel are currently working closely with a supportive secondary school who are looking for a brilliant Maths teacher to cover on a full time basis. This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible up until the end of the academic year. 

You will be responsible for delivering Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4. 

The desired applicant will be enthusiastic, driven and have a passion for teaching. They will be familiar delivering engaging lessons and helping to improve attainment. They will also be confident in working with a mix of abilities and adapting their teaching style accordingly.

Teaching Personnel have an outstanding reputation for training and developing colleagues. Therefore, applications are welcome from ECTs as well as experienced teachers.

 The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of delivering Maths 
• Excellent subject knowledge
• Suitable school-based references
• Have and up to date DBS with the Update Service/be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS
• A willingness to undertake CPD and contribute to the wider school life
• Be educated to degree level
• Hold QTS (or an equivalent qualification)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
