The Maths and English 1:1 Tutor will provide personalised tutoring sessions to students, focusing on improving their mathematical and English language skills. Duties include assessing students' current levels, creating tailored lesson plans, delivering engaging and informative lessons, tracking student progress, and providing feedback to both students and parents.

A relevant teaching qualification and experience in tutoring or teaching Maths and English. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching Maths and English, preferably in a 1:1 setting.

Excellent understanding of Maths and English curriculum requirements. Ability to motivate and engage students. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

A Master's degree in Education or a relevant field. Additional certifications in teaching or tutoring.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
