Headteacher vacancy for independent special school in Truro

The Permanent Workforce Team are working alongside a 7-16 independent special school based in the Truro area of Cornwall to assist them in appointing a permanent Headteacher. Please see further information below.

Job Title:         Headteacher

Location:         Truro, Cornwall

Salary:             up to £95,000 per1`0=-0 annum dependent on experience

Hours:              Monday to Friday

Contract:          Permanent, Term Time Only

As Headteacher, you will promote a relentless focus on the quality of education and delivery of a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum that meets the needs of pupils and young people along with producing positive outcomes.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status of Equivalent

NPQH

Long-term Headteacher experience

Willingness to extend personal and professional development

Prior experience as a senior leader in an SEN school

Ability to lead and provide a clear vision
