Position Overview: The school is currently seeking a motivated and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join its team. As a Cover Supervisor, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of regular classroom teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising classes in the absence of regular teachers to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and activities provided by classroom teachers.
  • Managing classroom behavior and ensuring students remain on task and engaged in learning.
  • Providing support and guidance to students as needed.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff and senior leadership to ensure smooth operation of the school day.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to cover supervision as required.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline is desirable.
